  • First of all we have to read the massage that is windows  can not connect to printer ask question

Why?  

Because  perhaps  local Spooler  Service  is not running in the windows services.  Please start  or  restart  the Spooler  service.
  • First of all Press Windows key and write in Search button Services.msc.


  • Then Below Services Screen appear then find Print Spooler Service and Double Click then Start or Restart the Service.
