1. When below screen RESTART COMPUTER Rule Fail with Red Cross Sign at that time

1)Go to Start-> run->regedit   then

2)HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager

Double click on Session manager and go to pending file rename or delete operations
